This proposal is the result of a second year, semester two studio project. The original brief was to take a slice of Belmont street, in Aberdeen and to re-imagine it in a contemporary style.

The concept behind this proposal is to take the existing cinema and restaurant and combine it in the same plot. The aim of this building is to enhance the cinema by creating opportunity for the public to engage with film and the city around them, through the creation of a strong visual link with Union terrace gardens and hands-on workshop spaces.
